2. The City of Snohomish encourages lawful community use of its facilities, ensuring no disruption to city programs. Guidelines include adherence to the Parks/Facilities Policies, Procedures, Rules, and Regulations, along with the Snohomish Municipal Code and user fee schedule. Fees may be applied to protect city funds. Parks/Facilities use may be denied if the proposed activity conflicts with the city's interest or existing schedules. Discrimination based on race, creed, color, sex, or origin is strictly prohibited, ensuring equal access for all.

    The individual or organization entering a rental agreement with the City of Snohomish for facility or equipment usage certifies the accuracy of the information provided in this application. The undersigned affirms the authority to apply on behalf of the applicant and commits to complying with all rules and regulations. Furthermore, the applicant agrees to reimburse the City of Snohomish for any damages resulting from facility use. In the event of accidents causing injury or damage during facility or equipment use, immediate reporting to City of Snohomish authorities is mandatory.
