SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for file #SEPA20-0011. This is a non-project action to repeal and replace Chapter 14.270, Flood Hazard Areas, Snohomish Municipal Code, to update the City’s regulations for development in floodplains so they are consistent with National Flood Insurance Program and FEMA requirements.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on May 4, 2020.
