Notice of Application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to allow lot development and construction of a single-family home on a previously approved subdivision located partially within the Shoreline jurisdiction.
The Shoreline Substantial Development Permit will be decided administratively and approved by the Planning Director if found to comply with all relevant development regulations. All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made. Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 4 P.M. March 20, 2020, to the Planning and Development Services Department in person at City Hall, 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington or mailed to P.O. Box 1589, Snohomish, WA 98291.
