Notice of Application for the Emil’s Walk Site Development Plan for construction of a mixed use development on Lincoln Avenue consisting of five residential units and one commercial space within two separate, three-story buildings. The proposed project includes associated parking, site and frontage improvements, utilities, landscaping and open space areas.
The Site Development Plan will be decided administratively and approved by the Planning Director if found to comply with all relevant development regulations. All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made. Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 4 P.M. February 3, 2020, to the Planning and Development Services Department in person at 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington or mailed to P.O. Box 1589, Snohomish, WA 98291.
