The project will include grading, utilities and infrastructure improvements, on-site parking, landscaping, and critical areas mitigation for wetland buffer impacts. The developer revised the proposal to increase the number of units from 26 to 28.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2020.
