Notice of Application for the Ludwig Road Planned Residential Development subdivision of an approximately 9.4 acre site into 29 single-family lots at 820 and 8130 Ludwig Road. The project also includes open space, landscaping, street trees, wetland mitigation, frontage improvements, and utility and infrastructure improvements.
The Ludwig Road PRD will be decided by the City’s Hearing Examiner after holding a public hearing (date to be determined). Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 4 P.M. November 9, 2018, to the Planning and Development Services Department at 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington 98290. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing.
