SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for a non-project action to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Title 14, Snohomish Municipal Code to eliminate the Urban Horticulture and Mixed Use Land Use Designation Areas.

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on September 27, 2021.
