Notice of Application for a 113-lot subdivision of a 19.29-acre site at 1705/1711 Terrace Avenue, comprised of a 19-unit PRD where the site is zoned Single Family and a 94-unit Unit Lot Subdivision where it is zoned for multi-family dwellings. The project includes internal roadways, frontage improvements to Terrace Avenue, open space, critical areas enhancement and protection, utility improvements, street trees, and a new park for residents.
All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made. Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 4 P.M. September 1, 2020, to the Planning and Development Services Department in person at the payment drop box, 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington or mailed to P.O. Box 1589, Snohomish, WA 98291.
A public hearing before the City’s Hearing Examiner is required. That hearing has not yet been scheduled. A separate notice will be issued regarding the hearing date, time, and place.
