SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for file #SEPA20-0010. This is a non-project action to consolidate and update all definitions within the land use development code in Chapter 14.100 SMC (Definitions). The code amendment would relocate subject-specific definition subsections from various chapters into Chapter 14.100 SMC, remove unnecessary definitions, and revise language for clarity.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on May 4, 2020.
