The proposal includes a new public roadway, utility and infrastructure improvements, stormwater facilities, designation of open space, and critical areas mitigation for proposed wetland buffer impacts.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on April 18, 2019. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing, which has not yet been scheduled.
