Notice of Application for the 120 Willow Avenue Tiny House Hotel Site Development Plan for construction of an eight unit hotel development with lobby, comprised of nine “tiny house” structures on an approximately 0.18 acre site located at 120 Willow Avenue.
The Site Development Plan will be decided administratively and approved by the Planning Director if found to comply with all relevant development regulations. All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made. Written comments on this Notice of Application may be submitted by 4 P.M. April 17, 2019, to the Planning and Development Services Department at 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington 98290.
