SEPA Checklist and Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for a Planned Residential Development preliminary subdivision containing 29 single family lots on an approximately 9.4 acre site addressed as 820 Ludwig Road. The proposal includes a new public roadway, utility and infrastructure improvements, stormwater facilities, designation of open space, and critical areas mitigation for proposed wetland fill and buffer impacts.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on January 24, 2019. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing, which has not yet been scheduled.
