SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for “Sweetwater Landing,” a Planned Residential Development preliminary subdivision containing 16 single family lots on an approximately 4.9-acre site at 2019 Weaver Road. The proposed project also includes open space, landscaping, street trees, frontage improvements, utility and infrastructure improvements, and wetland mitigation.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on August 31, 2018. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing, which has not yet been scheduled.
