Notice of Application and Determination of Non-Significance for the St. Michael’s Church Addition Site Development Plan (City File #07-18-SDP). The project consists of a 3,891-square-foot addition in an existing courtyard area located at 1525 Park Avenue. The proposed addition will connect the existing church building and the religious education building. Associated proposed site improvements include new sidewalks, a fire sprinkler system, and minor renovation of the existing church structure, including seismic upgrades.
The Site Development Plan will be decided administratively and approved by the Planning Director if found to comply with all relevant development regulations. All persons have the right to comment on this application and to request a copy of the decision once made. The public comment period for this Notice of Application is fifteen (15) days from the date of notice.
This SEPA Determination of Non-Significance is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from Monday, April 23, 2018. Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2018.
