SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for construction of an RV/boat and self-storage facility on 9.68 acres of a 20.6 acre site extending from the existing Snohomish Business Park to 16th Street, on Snohomish County tax parcels 28051200100300, 28051200101800, and 28051200101700. Cemetery Creek, two wetlands and their buffers will be maintained with mitigation activities for proposed buffer encroachments. Improvements consist of an open parking area, one covered parking structure, and three individual metal-clad self-storage structures. Landscaping is proposed on approximately 5% of the developed area.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2018. The Administrative Development Plan will be decided administratively and approved by the Planning Director if found to comply with all relevant development regulations.
