A single 59-foot five-story building with a basement is proposed. The proposed project also includes a 121-stall surface parking lot, landscaping, street trees, frontage improvement, utility and infrastructure improvements, and wetland mitigation.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on April 2, 2018. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing, which has not yet been scheduled.
