Notice of Application for the 1405 Avenue A Preliminary Plat to subdivide an approximately 1.13 acre site into 6 single-family lots as a Planned Residential Development. The 1405 Avenue A Preliminary Plat will be decided by the City’s Hearing Examiner after holding a public hearing (date to be determined).
Written comments on this notice may be submitted by 5 P.M. October 3, 2017, to the Planning and Development Services Department at 116 Union Avenue, Snohomish, Washington 98290. Public comment on the proposal will be accepted up to and at the public hearing.
