[ARCHIVED] CSO Reduction Project Phase 2A Notice of SEPA Determination of Non-Significance

SEPA Determination of Non-Significance for the CSO Reduction Project Phase 2A to extend the City’s 30-inch stormwater trunkline from the entrance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2115 Second Street to the 25-acre stormwater utility lagoon.

SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance for the CSO Reduction Project Phase 2A (City file no. 04-17). The project will extend the City’s 30-inch stormwater trunkline from the entrance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2115 Second Street, through the access road westerly to the 25-acre stormwater utility lagoon, a distance of approximately 1,200 feet. The overall site contains several wetlands and borders the Snohomish River at the southern extent. Impacts to critical areas will be avoided. Project activities include grading and installation of utilities.
