This project will realign a portion of the Pilchuck Park access road at 169 Cypress Avenue to reduce erosion impacts and loss of riparian vegetation along the Pilchuck River bank. The project will move the road southward, further away from the river, and restore the buffer with native plantings. Visit the Self-Service Permit Portal for the SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance along with other documents related to the proposal.
Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on December 20, 2022.
