The proposed project will re-align Pilchuck Park Road in order to reduce the impacts to the eroding bank and protect the only access point to Pilchuck Park at 169 Cypress Avenue. Excavation and fill will be required to remove the portion of existing road and re-pave the new road alignment. Construction will also require grading.
