This is a non-project action to amend: 1) Chapter 14.210 SMC, Dimensional and Other Requirements to reorganize, clarify, make policies more explicit, remove redundant regulations, and improve readability. A height limit for accessory structures within the structural setback, and modified vehicle maneuverability width for alley access into detached accessory structures are proposed. 2) In Chapter 14.25, definitions to add two new definitions for interior and exterior setbacks are proposed. 3) Two new chapters, 14.175 SMC, Detached Dwellings and Cottage Housing, and 14.180 SMC, Mobile Home Parks, are also proposed to relocate regulations that were previously within Chapter 14.210 SMC.

Appeals of this SEPA threshold determination must be filed in writing with the City Clerk for the City of Snohomish by 4:00 p.m. on September 8, 2022.
