[ARCHIVED] Jackson – Bickford Mixed Use Project ULS & SDP Notice of Public Hearing (#PP21-0002 & SDP21-0013)

A Public Hearing before the Hearing Examiner is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for the Jackson – Bickford Mixed Use Project (City File #PP21-0002 & SDP21-0013).  The hearing will be hybrid: participants can attend in-person at the Snohomish Carnegie Building or remotely via the Zoom platform using a computer or telephone.

 

The Jackson – Bickford Mixed Use Project is a Unit Lot Subdivision and Site Development Plan mixed use development on approximately 12.42 acres, consisting of 29 single-family residences and a clubhouse (30 unit lots); and construction of a four-story adult care facility.  The proposed project, located at 2502, 2504, and 2510 Bickford Avenue, includes open and structured parking, landscaping, street trees, frontage improvements, utility and infrastructure improvements, wetland mitigation, and construction of a bridge over Cemetery Creek.  Visit the Unit Lot Subdivision and Site Development Plan on the Self-Service Permit Portal for the SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance along with other documents related to the proposal. 

 

Public comments submitted by 4 PM on August 22, 2022 will be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner.  Written comments, in addition to oral comments, may also be submitted at the hearing.
