The City Council will consider the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Snohomish and Snohomish County concerning annexation of an unincorporated area of Snohomish County commonly referred to as North Lake on
Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Snohomish Carnegie, 105 Cedar Avenue, Snohomish, WA 98290.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public testimony of the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Snohomish and Snohomish County concerning annexation of an unincorporated area of Snohomish County commonly referred to as North Lake by the City of Snohomish.
Pursuant to RCW 35A.14.296, the Interlocal Agreement is available for public review on the City’s website at: https://www.snohomishwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/9990/ILA-North-Lake-Annexation or at Snohomish City Hall, 116 Union Avenue.

After having heard all public testimony, the Snohomish City Council will consider taking final action approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Agreement. All persons interested may appear at the time and place stated above and be heard on the matter. Public testimony is being accepted in person or by submitting written comment. Written comments must be submitted at CityClerk@snohomishwa.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on August 19, 2025. If for any reason this hearing cannot be completed, the Council may continue it to another date. No further notice of a continued hearing is required.
