A Notice of Decision is issued today for City File #SDP24-0036 at 1201 Bonneville Avenue to allow construction of two mixed-use buildings adjacent to Avenue D, collectively containing 115 residential units and ground-floor commercial use, in addition to 106 townhome units adjacent to Bonneville Avenue. The mixed-use buildings will incorporate underground parking accessible from within the site, commercial space on the Avenue D level, and three floors of residential units above. The project also includes open parking areas, site and frontage improvements, utilities, landscaping, children’s play areas, public plazas, and open space.
