Requesting Police Records

All public records requests received for Snohomish Police Department records are processed by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) Public Disclosure Unit (PDU). 

How to Submit a Public Records Request for the Snohomish Police Department: 

  • Visit the Snohomish County website and use the GovQA portal to create your public records requests: https://snohomishcountywa.gov/3019/Request-Records 
  • Visit the Snohomish Police Department and ask the staff for a public records request form. 
  • Visit the fourth floor of the Snohomish County Courthouse and request a public records request form.
  • Fax a request directly to the SCSO Public Disclosure Unit at 425-388-3939. 
  • Send an email directly to the SCSO Public Disclosure Unit at Unit.SCSOPublicDisclosure@snoco.org
  • Call into the SCSO Public Disclosure Unit at 425-388-3769 and ask for assistance over the phone.

The Washington State Patrol Identification and Criminal History Section (WASIS,) has established the website WATCH as the official online resource for providing criminal history conviction records for the state of Washington.
