Roundabout Banner Reservation Request

Banners at the Avenue D Roundabout

Non-profit organizations interested in reserving dates to install a banner at the Avenue D roundabout (north facing only) to promote a special event, please complete the the following application form.  Banners are reserved first come first served for no more than 14 days prior to event date. The banners will be supplied by the organization and must meet the requirements set out in the request form, they must be durable vinyl material,  12’ L x 4’ W with reinforced corners, wind slits, and grommets.  

Banners that do not meet the size, material, design requirements will not be installed. Banners that tear, rip or become disconnected while installed will not be reinstalled. 

The temporary sign permit fee is $25. 

Roundabout banners are installed Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

 Once the reservation is approved, a Banner Sign permit is required through the Self-Service Permit Portal (SSPP).
