Rental Assistance

The City of Snohomish is committed to supporting residents facing housing instability. Our Rental Assistance Program provides financial support to help tenants who are struggling to pay their rent and are at risk of eviction.

About the Program

This program is designed to act as a crucial safety net for our community members. Funding for this assistance comes from a small portion of the existing state sales tax revenue collected within the city. This is not a new tax for residents. By using these dedicated funds, we can directly help households in need maintain their housing.

  • You must be a current resident of the City of Snohomish. (check if you are in city limits here)
