The Snohomish Carnegie combines simple elegance and modern amenities to create a versatile space ideal for small meetings and events.
Located in the heart of downtown Snohomish, the historic landmark features dramatic interior and exterior architecture, along with a tasteful exterior plaza for expansion of events to the outdoors.
The public portion of the Snohomish Carnegie offers the Main upper level for your next event.

Unless there is a City-sponsored public event, the facility will not be available on the following holidays:
- New Year 31st of December and 1st of January
- Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday 3rd Monday of January
- President’s Day 3rd Monday of February
- Independence Day 4th of July (or accepted observance date)
- Labor Day 1st Monday of September
- Veterans Day 11th of November (or accepted observance date)
- Thanksgiving 4th Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of November
- Christmas 24th, 25th, and 26th of December

The Snohomish Carnegie has 6 dedicated parking spaces for use during your event, There is one ADA stall. Off-site parking can be found in neighboring side streets.

Public Service Use/Non-profit Rates:
Monday – Thursday (all-day) and Fridays 7am – 3pm: $60 per hour
3 hr. minimum
$40 each additional 1-hour period
Non-profit and government rates are not available Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sundays, or holidays.
Damage Deposit (refundable)
$150 without alcohol
$450 with alcohol (insurance and banquet permit required
$150 Monday – Thursday, Friday before 3pm
$300 Friday late, weekends and holidays.
For-profit & Private Rates:
Monday – Thursday (all-day) and Fridays 7am – 3pm: $85 per hour

$95 per hour, 8 hr. minimum or $1,615 all day
Additional Charges for Custodial/Technical/Security:
Charges for use after regular City operating hours will include the services of at least one authorized City representative at the rate of $94/hour per employee calculated by the number of event hours.
If the City requires additional technical, security, or custodial services, the City shall apply additional charges at the rate of $94/hour per employee calculated by the number of event hours.
Public tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11a.m. -3p.m.
