Riverview Wildlife Refuge

Features

  1. Walking Trail
  2. Wildlife Viewing
The Riverview Wildlife Refuge is located on the north bank of the Snohomish River, near the sewer pump station at 1801 First Street. An unpaved trail around the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant starts in front of the City Shop.

This sanctuary is valuable for its riparian (waterside) habitat and its location on the Pacific Flyway, traveled by millions of migrating birds every year.
