Despite the fact City Hall is closed to the public and most City employees are working from home in order to slow the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, you can still submit permit applications and receive approved permits.
The Planning & Development Services department is still accepting new applications for building permits and land use approvals, however the normal intake process has been changed to allow staff to maintain proper social distances.
To submit a new application for permit or development, please follow these steps:
- Download and fill out the appropriate application form. Give us a call if you’re not sure which form you need to fill out.
- Submit the completed application form via email.
- Staff will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed including providing you with the permit fee amount. Expect to have to schedule a time to bring your complete submittal and payment to a drop-box outside City Hall.
