City Hall is closed to public access due to the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and will remain so at least through April 15, 2020.
If you need to make a utility payment you have three options:
- Place your payment (checks or money orders only; no cash) in the drop box located in the driveway south of City Hall; or
- Mail your payments (checks or money orders only) to P.O. Box 1589, Snohomish, WA 98291; or
- Pay online with a credit or debit card at https://www.snohomishwa.gov/156/Pay-Your-Utility-Bill-Online.

Planning Department staff is available in person only if you are submitting an application for a permit or if you are picking up a permit. In order to do so, an appointment made at least one day in advance is required.
