Effective March 1, 2020 the City will transition to an automated phone/text messaging system that will notify customers regarding delinquent bills.
The City will no longer place tags on the doors of single-family residences notifying of service shut-off. Because of this, it is important for customers to update their contact information with the City. To sign up for e-bills, phone, or text notifications, please visit the City’s payment website.
